Who We Are
Amy Wilczynski, Founder and President, Wilczynski Public Relations

Amy Wilczynski is a seasoned public relations professional with 25 years of experience delivering strategic communications and impactful media results. She has a proven track record of developing campaigns that elevate brands, generate high-quality coverage and support organizational goals.
Through her long-standing partnership with RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan, Amy has positioned the brand and its leadership as the authoritative voice on real estate in metro Detroit. Her work consistently earns media placements in top outlets, including Crain’s Detroit Business, DBusiness, The Detroit Free Press, The Detroit News, WJBK FOX 2 Detroit, WJR-AM and WWJ-AM.

Amy also supports national PR efforts for RE/MAX, LLC, securing media opportunities that spotlight brokers and agents as trusted real estate experts in key U.S. markets. She has earned media coverage in outlets such as The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Dallas Morning News, The Seattle Times and The Tennessean.

Beyond real estate, Amy has amplified the mission of Advancing Macomb, a 501c3 that convenes resources to solve community challenges and enrich the lives of Macomb County residents, by securing consistent media attention and creating compelling blog content. Her efforts led to front-page coverage in Crain’s Detroit Business tied to research commissioned by the nonprofit.

Previously, Amy served as vice president and a member of the management team
at John Bailey & Associates Public Relations (JB&A), where she led major accounts including RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan, Kelly Services, Great Lakes Crossing
and Macy’s.

Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and communications and a Master of Arts in English from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich. While at Oakland, she served as student body president and was awarded the Matilda Wilson Award, the university’s highest honor for graduating seniors.

She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and its Detroit chapter.
